#91     Green Beans, Cucumber & Eggplant

with Micro Greens, Green Olives, Onion, Mint, Lemon Grass Paste and Vinegar

That's it. I tried it. I was wondering whether green beans would be good as juice, so I finally tried it. I had used it in the previous recipe, but in a much smaller amount. It's not bad at all. Actually, the juice tasted pretty good (to my surprise, since I wasn't expecting that green beans and eggplant could result in a tasty beverage). Most important of all, it's healthy, so you should give it a try.

Vagem, Pepino & Berinjela

com Micro Vegetais, Azeitonas Verdes, Cebola, Hortelã, Pasta de Capim-limão e Vinagre

É isso. Tentei.

#90     Everything that Fits (2)

I had so many ingredients still in the fridge that I was not able to use for the recipe yesterday, that today I decided to prepare a second "Everything that Fits". This one is very different from the yesterday's, though, and it's much less caloric. It has only vegetables as ingredients and some condiments, including salt (or No Salt, which has no Sodium). It tastes like a wonderful salad!

I can't deny that I have a real crush on salad-like juices. They are SO delicious!
